摘要

目的综述兰科石斛属药用植物菌根共生研究进展。方法以近年来的研究文献为基础,结合本实验室的研究结果,对国内外石斛属植物菌根共生理论研究和技术应用进行综述。结果介绍菌根真菌促进石斛种子萌发,生长发育,有效成分积累等生物活性、可能的作用机理及其在石斛资源保护和再生中的应用。结论兰科菌根共生技术将在石斛属药用植物的人工栽培和资源保护方面有广阔的应用前景,深入开展共生机制的研究将为菌根共生技术应用提供理论指导。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To review the progress in research on mycorrhizal symbiosis of Dendrobium. METHODS Based on the latest research and the original findings in our laboratory in recent years, the advance of the theoretical studies and technological application of mycorrhizal symbiosis of Dendrobium were introduced. RESULTSThe bioactivity of mycorrhizal fungi on promoting the seed germination, seedling growth and active ingredients accumulation of Dendrobium, symbiotis mechanism and application of mycorrhizal technology in artificial cultivation of Dendrobium were summarized. CONCLUSION The symbiotic technology has promising application prospect for resources conservation and regeneration of orchidaceous plants.
